Jun 7, 2018 - Which ini file? Why, the one at 'My Game' folder. I always uncheck this 'read only' option but it keeps role back. Any idea why this is happening. Nov 15, 2015  I just bought fallout 4 and have played less than 15 minuets. My settings after I restart the game keep resetting to defaults. I found out that my Fallout 4 folder is a read only one. I unmarked the check and clicked out. I then found out that it resets it back to a read only. I am on windows 8.1 can anyone help me.

But when I after that ran the Iauncher and ran thé video game, vsync has been back. So today I begin the launcher, create the fallout.ini not really read-only, edit the.ini, savé it, and proceed back to the launcher and run the sport.

If I don't, the sport will consider it upon itself to alter 'iPresentInterval=0' back again to 'iPresentInterval=1'.You know what? Having to perform this irritates me.

Having the vsync choice in video games at all irritates me. Just noobs who wear't know their mouse can be lagging and their framework rate can be getting capped wish vsync on.
